OUR WINES

IMALA, HORIOS, EURITO

One of our vines grows just a stone's throw from the rooms, caressed by the sea breeze that gives us that difference in temperature between day and night which increases the sugar content of the grapes.

It is here that Susumaniello is born, which, with the Negamaro and Primitivo grapes from other vineyards, allows us a small representative production that evokes rustic myths on its labels.

We offer small tastings, walks among the vines, and recommended pairings to enjoy in your room and take home with you.

Imalia

SUSSUMANIELLO · SALENTO WINE

Full-bodied wine with a very deep, dark purple colour, offering pleasant aromas of Morello cherry, wild berries, and plum jam. Floral notes of red rose and violets. Subtle spicy hints of vanilla and cocoa acquired during ageing. On the palate, it is velvety, round, and complex with an elegant tannic structure. A rare grape from Salento, almost extinct and now rediscovered here with particular elegance.

NEGROAMARO · SALENTO WINE

A wine of intense red colour with pleasant aromas of blackcurrant, plum jam, and dried red flowers. Subtle spicy notes of vanilla, cocoa, and cloves acquired during aging. On the palate, it is very velvety, enveloping, and complex, with an elegant structure. A unique interpretation of the warmth of Salento that can be appreciated with every sip.

PRIMITIVO · WINE OF SALENTO

The synthesis of the land. Soft, velvety, and persistent with the typical tannic structure of Primitivo. A native grape variety that provides a pleasant softness on the palate and lightly tells the complexity of Terra d'Arneo.
